Product update: December 2023

Welcome to the Valcre December release! With this release we’re thrilled to unveil our updates to our Online App, Valuation Workbook and Report Templates. These updates ensure compliance with 2024 USPAP/CUSPAP, support our newest specialty asset type, Subdivision, and offer a host of fixes and data updates.

Updated Valuation Workbook

The Valcre Valuation Workbook (Excel) includes exciting updates with this release and features updates to 2024 USPAP/CUSPAP standards, support for our newest specialty asset type, Subdivision, greater alignment with the Online App, and expanded data capture for Jobs and Buildings.

USPAP/CUSPAP compliance: New year, new updates! After a thorough review of the 2024 USPAP and CUSPAP changes by our in-house Appraisal Team, the Valuation Workbook received some minor updates to ensure compliance.
US users: Check out the HOME and EXEC tabs with modified Sales History labels, a new Sales History auto-text option and modified auto-text options for "Other Sale/Listing/Contract." We have not made any general updates to US Report Templates (Word) for 2024 USPAP. If you would like your Report Templates updated, reach out to Valcre Support.
CA users: You'll see additional Workbook and Report relabeling to support the term "Authorized" and the new Report Format options. CA Report Templates have been updated to reflect the "Authorized" language and both original and new 2024 versions of your reports are available on your Downloads page.
Workbook fixes: Various formula and formatting fixes have been implemented to ensure data integrity and maximum time savings. Learn more: Release Notes

New property type - Subdivision* 

Check out our newest property type - Subdivision! This property type is included with Enterprise and an Add-on for Professional subscribers. Our first release of Subdivision supports Finished Lots. Online App and Workbook fixes and data enhancements

• Formula fixes: $/SF (Yr.) formula is present throughout Column J of DirectCap tab, and $/Unit columns on IE tab for Vacancy Loss (rows) through Pro Forma (columns) calculate $/GBA, and a fix was made in excel to ensure the subject parcel links correctly in the report. 
• Formatting updates: Sales Comparison Approach and Income Approach appear on the VALUES tab when activated on the HOME tab, the Marketing Period now displays "Months" when it is selected on LAND1 and SALE1 tabs, and the Land Value now appears on the COST tab.
• Other fixes and enhancements: Results populate when searching by date on Valcre Online, Property Sales import with accuracy, modified time is saved after reloading pages in Online app, and null values export correctly in custom exports

Secure Sign On (SSO) now available!

We now support Single Sign On (SSO) as a login option so your users can sign in to Valcre using their work accounts. Contact your AE or CSM to learn more about adding this to your Enterprise subscription!

• We now support Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace
• Ability to expand to additional SAML integrations are also available
