1. Subscription: Any valid Valcre Subscription
2. Sales/Lease/Expense/Survey Comps loaded into Valcre Online

This video will demonstrate how to export comparables as formatted Datasheets, which can be used in your appraisal report. Below you will find the step by step instructions if you prefer to learn that way. 

Please note that the platform has been updated since the formation of this video, the process and steps  is the same, however it may look slightly different.

 

How to Guide

Step 1: Select desired comparable(s) by using the Lease, Sales, Expense, or Survey tab to access the appropriate comparable(s).  Select the checkmark next to the comparable(s) you wish to include in your datasheet.

Pro tip: Use the search grid to narrow your search results to the relevant comps specific to your job.

 

Step 2: Select Export, then select Datasheets.

Pro Tip: Use the toggle to zoom in/zoom out for an overview or review a specific sheet.

 

Step 3: Edit your Datasheet details

Layout: By default, it is set to datasheets

• Price formats: Dropdown allowing you to select from various options: FAR/SF, FAR/SF (Permitted), GBA, Land Acres, Land SF, NRA, Unit.
  
  
• Income formats: Dropdown allowing you to select from various options: FAR/SF, FAR/SF (Permitted), GBA, Land Acres, Land SF, NRA, Unit.
  
  
  
  
• Prepared by: Dropdown allowing you to select individual(s) that prepared the datasheet and includes their contact information in the footer
  
  
  
  
• Sale type: Dropdown allowing you to select: Improved, Land, Multi-Family, or Self Storage for the Sale type
  
  

• Show header: Toggle the header on or off
  
  
  
  
• Show footer: Toggle the footer on or off
  
  
  
  
• Show confirmation fields: Toggle to add/remove the confirmation fields
  
  
  
  
• Show empty fields: Toggle to add/remove fields without information added to them.
  
  

Pro tip: To add missing information, select the open in the new window button at the top right corner (it appears when you hover over the area) of the datasheet. This will bring you to the comp record, where you can add or edit information as needed.

 

• Use standard photo size: Toggle to enable/disable the standard photo size feature.
  
  
  
  
• Select Items: Reorder, add, or remove the selected comparable(s).
  
  

Step 4: Select how you would like to export the datasheet.
