The Summary Comp Report provides a polished, data-driven snapshot of your comparable set, including key metrics and an interactive map. This guide walks you through the simple steps to export your report in a professional format, ensuring your appraisal data is ready for client presentations or internal analysis.

Please note that the platform has been updated since the formation of this video, the process and steps  is the same, however it may look slightly different.

How to Guide

Step 1: Open your job

• Select Jobs from the left side menu.
• Select Open next to the relevant job. 

  • Pro Tip: Use the Search filter to quickly narrow down your options. Learn more about search filters and grid customization here.
    
    

Step 2: Select Set

• Select Comps from the top of the Job record. 
• Select Export next to the set you wish to export 
• Choose the Summary option.

All of your comparables within the set have been exported into a presentable summary document.  In the summary report, you will find a table presenting the low, average, and high data markers as well as a map that allows you to toggle to satellite view or zoom in out

Configuring the Report

Use the settings on the left side of the Summary Comp Report to customize your output:

• Prepared by: Displays in the footer. Select None to remove this info.
• Show Header: Toggle off to remove the header.
• Show Footer: Toggle off to remove the footer.
• Show Summary Table: Toggle off to hide the high, average, and low data markers.
• Show Subject Marker: Show or remove the indicator for the subject property on the map.

Exporting the Report

You can export your Summary Comp Report in the following formats:

• Word Document ([Learn how to add this report to your Valcre Report.])
• PDF
• Print directly to your local printer.

Select the appropriate option to finalize your report.
