The blue shaded fields are suggested to be populated but no field is required. Once data is entered into a shaded field – the shading will change to white. The Primary Photo from the Property record will show at the top of the page along with the location on a map.
1. ADD...
Select Add... to add Files or Photos to this comparable record.
2. ADD TO JOB
Select Add to Job to add the comparable to an appraisal job record so that you can add it to a Set.
3. EXPORT AS...
Select Export As... to export this comparable as a Datasheet (or another Export type).
4. MAP
Select Map to open a new page which will show the property within Google Maps.
5. GENERAL
Populate the General section specific to the survey. Note that the occupancy can be manually entered.
6. UNIT MIX
Populate Unit Mix for the survey by selecting Add Mix for as many different unit mix types present. Then populate the fields for each unit type. The Total/Average line will automatically update. The Occupancy in the General section will automatically calculate based on the number of vacant units. Select Save to save the unit mix.
