The blue shaded fields are suggested to be populated but only the Tenant Name field is required. Once data is entered into a shaded field – the shading will change to white. The Primary Photo from the Property record will show at the top of the page along with the location on a map.
1. ADD...
Select Add... to add Files or Photos to this comparable record.
2. ADD TO JOB
Select Add to Job to add the comparable to an appraisal job record so that you can add it to a Set.
3. EXPORT AS...
Select Export As... to export this comparable as a Datasheet (or another Export type).
4. MAP
Select Map to open a new page which will show the property within Google Maps.
5. GENERAL
Populate the General section in order to complete the Lease Comparable.
6. SECONDARY SPACE
The Secondary Space section is used in areas of the country that separate shell and office space rents.
7. LEASE COMMENTS
The Lease Comments field will show up in the Lease Datasheet and will come into the Excel Workbook when the comparable is imported. This comment then syncs into the Word Document within the Income Approach to describe the lease comparable.
