I signed the contract. Now what?

You will receive a Welcome email from our team prompting you to schedule a Kickoff Call. At this call we will discuss your goals and timelines. During the first 1-2 days we will set up your Valcre Online account and provide you access. 

How long will it take for my custom Logos/Branding to be produced?

Most logos and custom branding take approximately 1-3 days to be placed into your templates.

How long will it take to receive my custom report templates?

Most templates take approximately 3-5 days to be placed into your Downloads. You will receive an email letting you know you are all set and asking you to set up your password. If your template requires excessive customizations, this may take longer. Your Implementation Manager will work with you on timing. 

I have data to import; how long will that take?

If you are a new user who provided data to be imported into your new database, this will take approximately 1 month to complete.
