Prerequisites
- Subscription Tier: Professional or Enterprise
- Workbook Version: 1.6.0 or later
- Add-in Version: 2.0.9.0 or later
- Specialty workbooks/custom sheets enabled in your subscription
Step 1: In the Valcre Valuation Workbook, select Valcre from the ribbon and then select Load Modules.
Step 2: Select the additional modules you wish to add to your workbook. Selecting the module will automatically add the appropriate sheets to your workbook.

Pro Tip: You can only access the modules and specialty sheets included in your current subscription. If you'd like to add more modules, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.

| Should I set my workbook up before or after loading modules? | As a best practice, we recommend setting up your workbook first and then loading the modules you require. |
| I accidentally selected a module that I don’t need, how do I remove it? | The best practice is to hide the sheets you do not need. While deleting sheets that have been added to the workbook, without any work done in them should not cause an error, if you have added links or references by creating dependencies within the main workbook to the added it sheet, deleting could potentially cause a minor issue. As with all things in the workbook, hiding vs deleting is always the best practice. |
| I have an old workbook, can I use the new add-in with the older workbook to access Load Modules? | Load Modules requires both the workbook version 1.6.0 or higher and add-in version 2.0.9.0 or higher. Older workbooks will use the legacy load solutions functionality baked into the workbook. |
| I don’t see Hospitality in the load modules drop-down options? | Hospitality workbooks will continue to be a standalone workbook at this time. You can still access your Hospitality workbook in the Downloads section of Valcre Online. |
| Can I load multiple modules/sheets in the same workbook? | Yes! You can add as many modules as you need, simply open the Load Modules button again, and select the next module you wish to load. |
| Where did my Solutions | SPECIALUSE sheet go in my Valuation Workbook? | You will be able to locate it and add it to your Workbook using the Load Modules function in the Valcre Ribbon. |
