Valcre and PwC have a new partnership that will continue to elevate your appraisal valuation and report writing even more! Using the PwC API subscription, you can import Investor Survey data into the workbook directly using the Valcre Ribbon.
Prerequisites
- Valcre Subscription level: Professional or Enterprise
- PwC Subscription level: Please refer to PwC for more information.
-
Valuation Workbook version 1.6.0 or more recent
Add-In version 2.0.9.0 or more recent - API key added to Valcre Online.
- This can only be done by a team member at Valcre. Please send your PwC API key to your Client Success Manager at Valcre to add them to your platform.
To use the import function
Step 1: Set up the National Investor Survey sheet
- Open the OAR sheet and navigate to the National Investor Survey table. Set up your table by selecting the Number of PwC Markets, and determine if you wish to hide the Range Columns and/or Charts.
Pro tip: If you are hiding the ranges, there is no need to use the import function as it fills in those data points automatically. |
Step 2: Select Import from your Valcre Ribbon, then select PwC Investor Survey, select the Property Type(s), and then select Import.
Our growing partnership with PwC is unlocking exciting possibilities—expect even more powerful enhancements to this feature in the months ahead!
No API key from PwC? No problem! Valcre will continue supporting PwC bridge files as always.
