Valcre Mobile automatically uploads images taken within the app to your properties in Valcre Online, saving you time on manual uploads when you're back at the office. However, if your phone experiences a short or long-term disconnect from Wi-Fi, this automatic upload may be interrupted.
To ensure your photos are always saved, we recommend enabling photo backup to your device. This way, you'll always have access to the photos you’ve taken, even if a connection issue prevents an immediate upload.
Prerequisites
- Subscription: Advanced, Professional, Enterprise
- Valcre Mobile downloaded to your device
Follow these steps to enable photo backup:

Open Valcre Mobile and select the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top right of the app to open the menu.

Select Settings.

Toggle Photo Backup to On.
