How to Submit a Request
| 1 | Submit Assist Inquiry | Complete the inquiry form for information on pricing and packaging before submitting your request. The Valcre Assist Research Manager will connect with you about pricing. Once ready, proceed to the following steps. |
| 2 | Submit Documentation |
Email your engagement letter and/or job details as an attachment to the Valcre Assist Research Manager.

| 3 | Job Records | Valcre Online Job and Property Records will be created on your behalf by default. If you already have an existing job record, include the corresponding job number so work can be started and completed against it. |
| 4 | Special Instructions | Include any specific directions or circumstances in the body of the email, such as using data from a previous appraisal or using a survey for land and improvement sizes rather than public data. |
| 5 | Due Date | Specify your expected turnaround time or due date in the email. |
| Optional | Due Diligence Documents | Supporting documents such as previous appraisals, surveys, tax bills, and rent rolls are welcome as attachments, but are not required. |
What to Expect
| Request Confirmation | During regular business hours (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST), you will receive confirmation of your request along with a turnaround time estimate within two hours of submission. |
| Completion Notification | You will be notified by email when your report(s) are ready. |
