Workshop Sessions
You’re welcome to join any session, as many times as you’d like—there’s no limit! We encourage you to attend your first round to set a solid foundation, but feel free to come back anytime for more learning.
Session 1:
Database Basics

In this session, you’ll learn how to upload properties, jobs, and comparable data into our cloud-based system. This will enable you to seamlessly pull that data into Excel and Word templates for efficient report creation. Whether you’re just getting started or refining your process, we’ll cover everything you need to know. |

Session 2:
Excel Excellence

Building on what you’ve learned in the Database Basics session, this workshop focuses on exporting your data into the Valuation Workbook in Excel. You’ll discover how to customize the templates with your specific data and explore the common questions we get to make sure you’re set up for success. |

Session 3:
Word Warriors
|
|
Take your skills to the next level by transferring your Excel data into Word for report creation. This session will cover the basics of data export, adding additional files, and ensuring your final report is polished and client-ready.

Session 4:
Income Approach: Commercial Direct Cap
|
|
In this session, we’ll dive into setting up a Commercial Direct Cap for your Income Approach using the Valcre workbook. You’ll learn how to set up your Rent Roll, import lease comps for Market Rent analysis, and explore the key worksheets that will drive your income approach.
 Note: Attendance at the Excel Excellence session is required before scheduling this workshop.
