Sometimes the Valcre Product Support team will request your Valcre logs. This can happen when basic troubleshooting steps did not work (Log-out/in, checking for updates, you are using the latest version, etc.) or additional research is needed to escalate to Level 2 support. 

This guide will show you how to send us your latest Valcre Logs. 

Step 1: In the Valcre ribbon, select Support dropdown, then select View Logs

Step 2: Download the most recent logs and share with our support team. 
  • If you are using our Chat tool, you can drag and drop into the chat. 
  • If you prefer to share via email, attach as you would any email attachment.
