Why Customize Your View?

Everyone works differently. Our new view customization lets you choose between compact or comfortable layouts to suit your workflow.

How to Switch Views:

1. Navigate to any of the Search Grids in Valcre Online (Jobs, Contacts, Sets, Properties, Sales, Leases, Surveys, Expenses).
   • Note: This setting does not affect the dashboard.
2. Click on your profile drop-down and select View Options.
3. Select either:
   • Compact View – Maximizes the data displayed on your screen.
   • Comfortable View – Provides a more spacious layout for improved readability.

4. Your selection is saved automatically. 

Best Practices:

• Use Compact View for high-volume data analysis.
• Use Comfortable View for detailed reviews.
