Valcre Online: Customizing Your Views – Compact vs. Comfortable Views

Why Customize Your View?

Everyone works differently. Our new view customization lets you choose between compact or comfortable layouts to suit your workflow.

How to Switch Views:

  1. Navigate to any of the Search Grids in Valcre Online (Jobs, Contacts, Sets, Properties, Sales, Leases, Surveys, Expenses).
    • Note: This setting does not affect the dashboard.
  2. Click on your profile drop-down and select View Options.
  3. Select either:
    • Compact View – Maximizes the data displayed on your screen.
    • Comfortable View – Provides a more spacious layout for improved readability.
  1. Your selection is saved automatically.

  1. When creating custom views, use naming conventions like “Pending Jobs - Q2” or “Retail Appraisals” for easy identification.
  2. Custom views are only available to you—others in your office or organization won’t be able to see or use them.
  3. These views apply not only to search grids but also to the way information is presented inside each tab.

 

Best Practices:

  • Use Compact View for high-volume data analysis.
  • Use Comfortable View for detailed reviews.
