The search grid is available within the multiple tabs in Valcre Online and will default to showing the top 100 matches within the search parameters entered. You can search and filter results based on various data inputs or criteria to further refine your results. When you move to other search grids, the system holds the memory of which columns and filters are set to save you from re-creating your default view. 

• Note: Each user sets their view, which will stay as their setting until they reset.

Running searches from within Valcre Online

Search Parameters Available 

The search grid is available within the following tabs in Valcre Online and will default to showing the top 100 matches within the search parameters entered. 

• Jobs
  • New filter added 8/2024: Search by parcel number.
• Contacts
• Sets
• Properties
• Sales
  • New filter added 8/2024: Search and filter by Land to Building Ratio
• Leases
  • New filter added 8/2024: Search and filter by Land to Building Ratio
• Surveys

• Expenses

Using the Map to define the search radius

Use the Map to refine your search within a certain radius. Your search results will reflect the radius defined within the map. 

Configure your Map View

Toggle your map view between Satellite and Map.
Add a search radius
Use the person option to view the area from a human perspective.

 

Change your Map size

Full Screen
Half screen
Use the + and - to zoom in and Zoom out of the Map

 

Grid Preferences Configuration

Pin columns to freeze the selected column(s) as you scroll across.

1. Right-click on the column and select Pin Column. Select Pin Left, Pin Right, or No Pin (to unpin a previously pinned column).

Re-arrange column order

1. Select the top of the column you would like to move and drag to rearrange.

Resize Columns

1. Manually resize any column
2. Autosize Column(s) to adjust the columns to reflect the data sizing.
   • Select the three lines at the top of the column and then select Autosize This Column or Autosize All Columns. You can also choose to Reset Columns to default sizing from this menu.

Identify specific columns to display in the results table

1. Select the grid box at the top of the search grid.
2. Select and deselect the columns you want to include in the search grid results.

Further filter within each column

1. Select the Hamburger Menu (three lines) at the top of the column, followed by the Donner Menu to filter results by the column responses.

Order columns in ascending/descending order

1. Select the column to rearrange based on ascending or descending order.

Reset your Search Grid back to Valcre default settings

1. Right-click on the grid to bring your search grid back to the Valcre default settings and select Reset view. 

Curate list for export

To clean up your search grid further, remove items from the list you do not wish to include in an export or datasheet. 

1. Select the checkboxes for all the items you want to include. 
2. Select the button at the top of the grid to hide unselected items.

3. Right-click on the grid and select Export to CSV.

 

Migrating Data into Excel 

To bring specific data into Excel, highlight the preferred range, right-click, and select Copy or Copy with Headers. Then, paste directly into Excel.
