How to Import an Argus Package into Valcre Online

To use the Valcre – Argus integration, start by exporting your desired files from Argus, then import them into the appropriate Job Record in Valcre Online. This guide walks you through the entire process step by step.

Step 1: In Valcre Online, select Jobs from the left-side navigation menu and open the job record you wish to add the Argus export to. 

Step 2: Select the DCF tab from the top menu. 

Step 3: Select Import DCF and choose Argus File.

Step 4: Drag and Drop or choose Select Files to open your computer's file finder to select your file. Then select Upload. 

Once you are ready to complete the Valuation Workbook, you will be able to import the Argus file(s) from the job record into the Valuation Workbook.
