Valcre Banking: How to sign up and create your account

Valcre Banking offers a free, cloud-based platform where banks can:

+  Import BRAVE files from any appraiser (unlimited imports)
+ Store appraisal data in a searchable, structured database
+ Search across properties by location, type, value, date, or custom criteria
+ Compare valuations side-by-side across your portfolio

 

Prerequisites

  • You must be an employee of a Banking Institution
  • Valid work email

 

 

 

Step 1: Go to app.valcre./comsignup to create your free Valcre Banking account and enter your work email. 

 

Note: For security purposes, accessing Valcre Banking requires a valid email that is connected to your work account. 

Step 2: Check your email for a 6 digit code from Valcre, and enter in the box. 

Snag_60ad7b3.png Note: This code expires after 10 mins. If you wait longer than 10 mins you will need to obtain a new code. (You can select resend code after 2 minutes).

 
Step 3: Create your password ensuring it follows the password requirements listed and select Create Password. 

 
Step 4: Fill in your profile details and select Complete Sign Up. 

 
Step 5: Your account is ready. Select Sign in to Valcre to sign in and begin using Valcre Banking. 

 

Troubleshooting

Q: Why am I unable to complete registration with my email? 

A: There are two possible reasons.

  1. If you already have a Valcre Online account with us, you will not be able to complete registration. Please sign into Valcre Online with your current login. 
  2. You are not using a valid email or an approved email domain. 
Q: What email domains are not approved domains for registering for Valcre Banking?  A: Generic personal email domains such as: Gmail.com, Aol.com, Yahoo.com, Outlook.com, etc; as well as temporary & disposable domains.
