Valcre System requirements

Valcre is runs on the latest software and mobile devices. Depending on your software or device you may need to update your system to run Valcre appropriately. Below you will find the system requirements. 

Web

You can access the Valcre web component via a supported web browser installed on a Windows PC or Apple computer. The Valcre web component supports the current and prior major releases of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer, and Safari on a rolling basis.

Valcre Mobile

Valcre Mobile is compatible with Android and Apple devices. Our device support follows the device support by Apple or Android. 

• iPhone/iPad/iPod touch
  Requires iOS 15 or later.
• Requires Android 13 and up

Excel

The Microsoft Excel component of Valcre is supported on Microsoft Excel 2013 through Office 365 running on Windows 10 or Windows 11.

• Office for Mac is not supported.
• Other spreadsheet programs are not supported.

Word

The Microsoft Word component of Valcre is supported on Microsoft Word 2013 through Office 365 running on Windows 10 through Windows 11.

• Office for Mac is not supported.
• Other document writing programs are not supported.

PowerPoint

The Valcre product is not compatible with  PowerPoint.
