At Valcre, we offer customization options for specific elements within your report templates. To request these changes, simply use the comments feature within your report to let your Implementation Manager or Client Success Manager know which areas you'd like to modify.

Non-highlighted or red text narrative
(Note: Yellow highlighted text are dynamic and pull into your report from the Valuation Workbook. Modifying them at the report level can cause data and narrative discrepancies or lead to errors in your report production.)
Steps to Submit Customization Requests:
Step 1: Highlight the Section
Using your cursor, select the area within the Word template that you'd like modified.
Step 2: Add a Comment
Navigate to the Review tab and click New Comment.
Step 3: Insert Your Change Request
In the comment box, describe the changes you'd like to make. For example: "Remove this paragraph and replace it with the following text..."
Press Ctrl + Enter to save your comment. It will appear in a balloon on the right side of the document margin.
Step 4: Repeat for Additional Changes
Continue this process for each section you'd like to modify. Once complete, send the document to your Valcre team, and we'll handle the changes.
