The Valcre Online Dashboard offers a seamless way to view job details in a variety of formats. This guide will help you get the most out of the Dashboard

Prerequisites

  • At least one job loaded into Valcre Online to populate any data

 

Dashboard Overview

Get a quick overview of every aspect of the Valcre Online Dashboard. Select the section heading to dive deeper into the functionality. 

Dashboard Views 

Create new or select existing dashboard views to change what jobs are populating your dashboard.

  1. Dashboard views are set at the user/individual level.
    • Any views you set or create will not be accessible by others within the office.
  2. Open the Offices drop-down to select multiple offices within your organization

Dashboard Settings

Use the gear icon next to your company name to set your default views for how you would like to see: 

  1. Overdue jobs: Toggle to always show overdue jobs first in the job list
  1. Internal + Inspection Dates: Show/remove internal and inspection dates on the Calendar and Upcoming jobs list. 

Snag_60ad7b3.png Pro tip: This setting affects your view only, not others within your organization. If you have access to multiple offices within your organization, this setting will be applied across all offices. 

Insights tab 

Get fast insights into your job statuses and fees through our customizable insight executive metrics dashboard. 

Job Cards

Update the job status and view key job details upfront, enabling you to work faster and smarter. The updated Job Cards provide a more comprehensive view, right from your dashboard.

 

Map

The updated Map delivers a more integrated and dynamic experience for managing jobs. 

Calendar

The refreshed Valcre Calendar gives you a clearer, more intuitive view of job statuses and upcoming deadlines.


Default Dashboard views

The dashboard includes the following default views based on Assignee, Job Status and Sort criteria:

My Active Jobs

  • Assigned To: Current User
  • Status: Active
  • Sort by: Due Date
  • Only for the office enabled, to see active jobs in other offices you may be assigned to, change the office location in your profile. 

My Leads

  • Assigned To: Current User
  • Status: Lead
  • Sort by: Due Date
  • Only for the office enabled, to see leads in other offices you may be assigned to, change the office location in your profile. 

My Delivered Jobs

  • Assigned To: Current User
  • Status: Closed, Electronically Delivered, or Invoiced
  • Sort by: Due Date
  • Only for the office enabled, to see delivered jobs in other offices you may be assigned to, change the office location in your profile. 

Office Jobs

  • Status: Active
  • Sort by: Due Date
  • Only for the office enabled, to see jobs in other offices you may be assigned to, change the office location in your profile. 

Office Leads

  • Status: Lead
  • Sort by: Due Date
  • Only for the office enabled, to see leads in other offices you may be assigned to, change the office location in your profile. 

Office Delivered

  • Status: Closed, Electronically Delivered, or Invoiced
  • Sort by: Due Date
  • Only for the office enabled, to see delivered jobs in other offices you may be assigned to, change the office location in your profile. 

 

Access these views by selecting the view drop-down from the top menu.


Pinning/Saving Views to your dashboard

To pin or save your desired views to the top of the dashboard, select the view drop-down menu and then select the pin icon next to the view you would like to pin.

To remove the pin, select the unpin icon from either the pinned view on the dashboard or by opening the view drop-down and deselecting the pin icon. 


Creating a custom dashboard views

You can create custom views by opening the view drop-down and selecting Add View. Name your view (The Apply button will not be enabled until the view is named) and input your filter metrics and select Apply.

Insights tab

Access the Insights tab, by selecting Insights from the top menu of the dashboard. 

Change the filter metrics on your insights tab by selecting the filter icon and then inputting the filter requirements (user, office) and selecting Select


Job Cards

The Job Cards allow you to see more at a glance – View the subject photo and full job details without leaving the Job Card.

Instant Team Visibility – Easily see who’s assigned to a job, with staff listed in the following order:

  • Job Owner
  • Staff Appraisers
  • Staff Assistants
  • Staff Reviewers

New Interactive Menu – Hover over the top right corner of a Job Card to quickly:

  • View the subject property
  • Map the subject property
  • View the client details
  • Email the client
  • Change the status of a job
  • Export job details

Color Coding and Urgency Markers - Quickly spot job statuses with color-coded markers, now enhanced with a NEW urgency icon that appears only when a job is overdue or due soon.

Map

View your jobs on an interactive Google Map right from your dashboard. 

Interactive Map Markers – Each job marker is linked to your job list, making it easy to reference details from any view.

 

Job Status Tooltip – Simply hover over a job marker to instantly see key job details.

Calendar

View your jobs by date to understand current workload and balance. 


Job Number & Status Details – See key job information at a glance.

  1. Up to 3 events will display in one calendar grid day. If there are more than three events in a single day, the calendar will overflow
  1. Past events will appear faded unless the Job Due date is overdue.
  1. Calendar event color guide:
Job is Overdue 
Job is Due Soon (within next 7 days)
Event is Due, Job is not Overdue or Due Soon (farther out than 7 days)
Event is any, Job is not Overdue, and event is in the past
Event is not Due, event is not in the past
Any event

Upcoming Section

Beneath the calendar, you will find a list of upcoming jobs within the next 2 weeks and their due dates.

FAQ

Q: How can I view jobs assigned to me across multiple offices on my dashboard?

A:  To see jobs from multiple offices on your dashboard, create a custom Dashboard view. In the Offices dropdown menu, ensure you select All

Note: You must have the Organization Administrator permission to view jobs across multiple offices. If you need this enabled, please reach out to your Valcre Client Success Manager to assist. 

Q: How does Valcre determine when a job is Active, Inactive, or Complete? 

Complete
A Job is considered Complete if the Job Status is one of the following:

  • Closed

  • Draft

  • E-Delivered

Inactive
A Job is considered Inactive if the Job Status is one of the following:

  • Canceled

  • Lead

  • Lost Lead

  • Unknown

Active
A Job is considered Active if the Job Status is one of the following:

  • On Hold

  • Open

  • Review
