Effortlessly insert datasheets and custom reports to your Valuation Report. Anything that can be exported from Valcre Online can be dropped into your reports with just a few clicks.

Inserting Reports

Step 1: Place your cursor where you would like the Custom Reports to be inserted.

Step 2: Select Insert Reports from the Valcre Ribbon at the top of the Report Template.

This will display a window showing all available reports for your linked job and property records, as well as any linked comparable sets. 

Step 3: Select the record in the first column, then the desired report in the second column, and select Insert to add the selected report to your Valuation report.

Inserting Datasheets

Inserting datasheets follows a similar process as inserting custom reports. 

Step 1: Place your cursor in the report template where you would like to insert the Datasheet. 

Step 2: Select Insert Reports, located in the Valcre Ribbon. 

Step 3: In the window that opens, choose one of the comparable sets linked to your job in the first column. Then select Datasheets from the second column. 

Step 4: Select your desired data output options. 

• Show or Hide Confirmation Fields: Choose whether to include confirmation fields in your datasheets.
• Toggle between Photo Sizes: Toggle between standard and original photo sizes for the datasheets.
• Select Price and Income Formats: Choose the desired Price and Income formats for your datasheet output. 

Step 5: Once you have updated your desired output options, select Insert to add the datasheets to your report.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q. My reports or datasheets aren’t showing up in the Insert Reports window. What should I do? 

• Make sure your Valcre Valuation Workbook is linked to your Report and that you have updated the links in your file. If you continue to have issues, contact Valcre Support using the live chat feature for additional troubleshooting.

Q. How do I toggle between different photo sizes? 

• You can toggle between standard and original photo sizes by using the Use standard photo size checkbox in the output options when inserting datasheets. Additionally, you are able to modify the size of the photo once it has been added using the Insert Reports feature.

Q. I selected my custom report, but it’s not displaying correctly in the report template. Now what? 

• Double check to make sure you are not inserting your custom report within a table, as this can cause display issues. If you continue to have issues with how your custom report is being displayed, contact Valcre Support for additional troubleshooting.
