This month’s Valcre Online update introduces targeted enhancements designed to streamline your workflow and improve accuracy in property and job management. From localized fields for Canadian properties to smarter job status handling, these updates are built to help you move faster and stay organized.
Property Page Enhancements
- Canada Localization: Region and Parcel ID fields have been implemented to better support Canadian properties, replacing the previously inapplicable County and APN fields.
Job Management Improvements
- Change Job Status from Dashboard: You can now update the status of a Job directly from the Dashboard or Jobs search table. Simply right-click on a Job and select Change Status → Status.
- Refined Job Completion Logic: Job activity is now tracked more intelligently:
- Complete: Job Status is Closed, Draft, or E-Delivered
- Inactive: Job Status is Canceled, Lead, Lost Lead, or Unknown.
- Active: Job Status is On Hold, Open, or Review.
Bug Fixes and Optimizations
- Column Pinning Restored: Fixed a bug that was preventing the pinning feature from working.
- Parking Ratio/Spaces Calculation: Corrected a bug where updates would not occur when both Parking Spaces and Parking Ratio had values and the user changed the Parking Ratio.
