Fixed an issue where Excel could freeze when switching between ValcreValuation Workbooks, requiring a force-quit to recover. Most likely to occur when working with files stored on OneDrive or SharePoint.
Fixed an issue where linked ValcreValuation Workbooks were not found in Valcre Word Reports on Windows 11 machines with OneDrive Files On Demand enabled.

FEMA Flood Map Integration
Added support for FEMA Flood Map data to sync from Valcre Online directly into the Report.
ARGUS DCF
Fixed an issue where importing a new ARGUS DCF file did not update the table year count in the DCF view.
BRAVE
Added support to export BRAVE-compatible CSV and XLSX files. You can load this module from the Valcre ribbon under the Export > BRAVE menu.
Fixes and Stability Improvements
Optimized performance in the Valuation Workbook related to certain filter configurations.
Resolved an issue causing the Insert Documents button in the Valcre ribbon menu to disappear.
Resolved an issue where the Insert Links tool in the Report did not populate charts correctly for the SURVEY 2 section.
Resolved an issue preventing multiple photos from exporting as a grid in the Exhibit Exporter in the Valuation Workbook.
Enhanced stability in the Exhibit Exporter to prevent errors and crashes.
Corrected an issue that removed ‘+’ characters from file paths.
Improved Load Modules performance for large solution files, and fixed cases where the import appeared stuck during formula updates within the Valuation Workbook.
The add-in now automatically enables Highlight Fields when using Load Modules to keep imported sheets formatted consistently with Highlight Fields working as expected within the Valuation Workbook.
Insert Documents functionality in the Valcre Report is now available to customers on both Professional and Enterprise subscriptions, rather than Enterprise-only.

Intercom Integration: Chat live with our Support team without ever leaving your Workbook or Report template! The new Intercom integration brings in-app assistance exactly where you need it.
New Report Ribbon Options
Navigation Pane: Toggle the navigation pane on or off with a single click.
Choose Workbook: Quickly link a Workbook to your Report using the new streamlined Choose Workbook button.
Keep Workbook Link When Generating Reports: New checkbox added to the Generate Reports dialog allows you to keep Portfolio reports linked to their source Workbooks after generation, allowing continuous updates from the Workbook.
Fixes & Enhancements
Performance Warning on Bulk Linking: To help avoid slowdowns, a new alert will appear when linking more than 10 Workbooks with Highest Quality enabled.
Image Upload Handling: Uploading images with identical names and file types no longer causes conflicts. Each image is now uniquely processed to prevent overwrites.
Portrait Photo Fix: Portrait-oriented images now retain their correct dimensions when inserted into the Workbook or Report.

The latest version of the Valcre Office Add-ins includes exciting updates supporting expanded comp attributes and the ability to load Solutions sheets into the Base workbook, our new PwC API import, support for exporting Fannie Mae DUS reports, and other fixes and enhancements.
Expanded comp attributes: Find additional adjustment categories, including custom fields, pulling in from the Valcre Online directly into the workbook. And, don’t miss updates to aggregation functions for over 70 comp attributes to display data even more effectively.
Load Modules: Pull in one or more Solutions sheets directly into your Base workbook with our new Load Modules function in the Valcre ribbon. This is an exciting update supporting our work towards modularizing our solution to an online platform.
PwC import: Import PwC US Investor Survey data directly into the workbook with our new PwC API!
Note: This feature requires users to have their own PwC US API key
Fannie Mae DUS: We now support exports for Fannie Mae DUS data which will be required for multifamily appraisals using Fannie Mae loans starting January 28, 2025.
Select Fannie Mae DUS from the Export button in the Valcre ribbon to load the DUS worksheet and export your Appraisal XML.

Exhibit Exporter fix: Exhibit Exporter now works with SharePoint hosted files
This release includes our latest trusted publisher security certificate, which is used by Excel to ensure the Valuation Workbook came from a trusted source and can have Macros enabled.
The latest version of the Valcre Office Add-ins includes fixes for the highest quality sync and generate reports features, load job dialog feature enhancements, and support for importing specialty templates in upcoming workbook releases.
Highest Quality sync fix: With a recent update in Microsoft Office, some users encountered issues with Highest Quality sync from the Workbook to the Report. This has been resolved, along with additional enhancements. When using Highest Quality sync, your workbook will be minimized to improve sync performance.
Load Job dialog updates: You now have the ability to show inactive jobs to ensure all jobs are available when loading jobs into the workbook. Additionally, duplicate jobs now display, and if you are an administrator in a multi-office tenant, you have the option to show jobs from all offices.
Portfolio Rollup report fix: The Portfolio Rollup report tool will generate the correct number of reports when using the Generate Reports tool.
Valcre Online updates: This new Add-in version is required for exciting data enhancements coming to Valcre Online & Workbook in the new year. Rest assured, it is backward compatible with all of our existing features and database, so don't wait to upgrade!
