The Sales page now includes List Price and List Date fields, aligning with updates made to Valcre Online. Both fields are editable in ValcreMobile and are included in Exports.
Fixes & Stability Improvements
Pictures taken in Valcre Mobile now appear in the order they were taken.
Coordinates for pictures taken in the app will now appear in the Photo Gallery in Valcre Online.
The Set Map now automatically adjusts the zoom level to fit all displayed comp markers.
Several other minor UI enhancements were made throughout Valcre Mobile to improve usability.

Chat with Support
You can now chat directly with the Valcre Support team from within the mobile app using Live Chat.
Improved photo preview
Fixed an issue where photos taken in landscape mode appeared enlarged in the preview screen.
Photo Metadata Saved
Photos uploaded from device now keep their location and direction details.
FooterLayout Fixes
Fixed an issue where the footer sometimes covered buttons or messages at the bottom of the screen on certain Android devices. Everything now fits and displays correctly.
1.3.3 Release | July 8, 2025
This update continues to strengthen the photo capture and upload experience:
Always-on photo backup
The Photo Backup setting has been removed. Photos you take are now automatically stored to your device.
Smarter storage management
Local files are cleared once uploads finish, freeing up space while keeping your photos safe in your gallery.
Helpful permission reminders
You’ll see pop-ups if camera or gallery access is disabled when attempting to take or upload photos.
Minor improvements
We’ve tidied up some screen layouts and removed an unnecessary No network message on the camera screen.
1.3.2 Release | May 30, 2025
This update includes key improvements to enhance the reliability and usability of photo uploads:
Improved session and token handling to ensure smoother, uninterrupted photo uploads
Automatically start a new session after an update that resets settings (may require sign-in again)
Resolved issues that could lead to duplicate photos being uploaded
Added measures to ensure the photo backup setting remains enabled
Added in-app messaging to remind users to keep the app open during an upload
Refreshed the upload network preference pop-up for better clarity and usability
1.3.1 Release | April 23, 2025
This release addresses reported issues with photo uploads:
If users have disabled the Photo Backup setting, they will now see a periodic reminder to enable it
Unstable internet connection was causing an incorrect message that all photos were uploaded. This has been fixed.
1.3.0 Release | February 2025
Version 1.3.0 of the Mobile App includes fixes and enhancements for photo uploads, photo storage, and viewing primary image for Subject properties. We have also added a Next button to navigate to a new line in multi-line text boxes.
Primary Image functionality:
Like the Valcre Online, you can now set a primary image by selecting a photo from the gallery and choosing Set Primary Image
Photo upload fixes:
Images now upload in the order they are selected from the photo gallery
The upload process will continue if a device is locked, and will no longer freeze when uploading batches of 50 or more photos
The photo backup toggle will now set to on when you allow the Valcre Mobile App to take pictures and record video and access photos and videos on your device
New Next button:
Multiline text fields include a new Next button to navigate to a new line.

We've resolved an issue with taking photos so that you can take both landscape and portrait photos again.
1.2.0 Release | August 23, 2024
Version 1.2.0 of the Mobile App includes improved support for Custom Fields. Now when editing records in the mobile app you’ll see a new Custom Fields section where you can fill and update any of your custom fields.
If you have Subdivision features enabled, you’ll also see Subdivision Lot details when viewing properties.
We've also fixed an issue when signing in with two-factor authentication.
This release resolves an issue with taking landscape photos in the Mobile App.
1.1.1 Release | April 25, 2024
Version 1.1.1 of the Mobile App is a minor release which includes fixes for Cherre not returning multiple parcels for the same latitude and longitude, the camera reverting to front facing for Android users, and correct resizing of photo previews. It also includes a resolution for supporting two factor authentication login via Guardian Auth and several mobile backend updates required for SOC 2 compliance.
Nearby:
The mobile app supports adding multiple parcels with the same latitude and longitude. The top 5 parcels will appear based on the following attributes: unit number, street name, building sq. ft. allowing the user to choose a primary parcel for the property. The parcel with the checkmark will become the parent property, with the other parcels selected being added as parcels to the property record.
Android camera:
The issue with Android cameras defaulting to the front camera is now resolved. Android users will now be able to access the correct camera when taking pictures on the Mobile App.
Other fixes and enhancements:
Additional fields:Unknown is now an option under Job Status in the Jobs tab and Property Type in the Properties tab of the Mobile App.
Photo preview fix: Previews of photos are now sized correctly in the preview gallery upon taking a photo.
Two factor authentication fix: Users are able to use two-factor authentication via Guardian Auth after updating the Valcre Mobile App.

This release includes exciting new updates to our Nearby map, mobile property research workflow with support for parcels and Cherre property data integration, and various fixes and enhancements including alerts for duplicates and photo fixes.
Nearby:
Nearby map updates and enhancements include additional search functionality by address, the ability to toggle between multiple map views, the option to view four layers within the Nearby map: subject properties, other properties, parcel outlines, points of interest, and the addition of My Location icon for iOS users.
Property research workflow
Cherre property data import: You are now able to import Cherre data via the Mobile app. Create a new property with single or multiple parcels and add single or multiple parcels to an existing property.
Support for parcels: You now have the ability to add the option of showing parcel outlines on the Nearby map, select multiple parcels by clicking select multiple in the selection panel, and access undefined address values on locations without parcel outlines.
Duplicate alerts:
When creating a new property, you will now see the following message if a duplicate property exists in your office: A similar property already exists.
Other fixes and enhancements:
Photo fixes: A 50 photo upload limit warning will appear when selecting photos to upload and portrait orientation photos are now correct size in gallery.
Push notification fix: Push notifications are now appearing with given permissions.

This version of the Mobile App includes new Dashboard and Nearby menu options for quick access to the data most relevant to you as well as Australian localization support and mobile search and record editing fixes
Dashboard
The new Dashboard menu item provides quick access to the Jobs & Properties that are most relevant to your work on-the-go. See your upcoming & recently viewed jobs and nearby and recently viewed properties.
Nearby
The new Nearby menu item offers an interactive map centered on your current location displaying not only Google Maps POIs but also your proximate Valcre Properties. Click on any icon to see summary information and all Properties are tagged with the distance from your current location.
Job & Property distance:
Now, the distance of a given Job or Property record is calculated and displayed, relative to your current location.
