How-to Guide:

Adding Single Parcels

Step 1: Log in to the Valcre Mobile and navigate to the Nearby feature by selecting the three horizontal lines located in the top left corner. Select Nearby

Step 2: Use the magnifying glass in the top right corner to search for your desired property, search for your desired property, and select View Details at the bottom right corner.

  • All available Cherre data will be displayed on the following screen.

Step 3: If you want to add this property to your database, select Add Property.

Pro tip: If the property already exists, you will receive a warning message allowing you to save the parcel as a new property or add any new data to the existing property.

  • This will only add new data to the details; it will not override any data already entered about the property or parcel.
  • To update previously added data, you will need to override the current data using Valcre Online manually.

Adding Multiple Parcels

Step 1: Log in to Valcre Mobile and access Nearby by selecting the three horizontal lines in the top right corner, then select Nearby

Step 2: Select the magnifying glass to enter a location address

You will see the top 5 parcels if the property has multiple parcels. Please note that these parcels will be numbered to show the number of parcels associated with the property.

Step 3: Select the Select Multiple option at the bottom.

Pro tip: You may deselect any parcels you do not want to include by selecting the X next to them on this screen or on the following screen.

Step 4: Select View Details

Step 5: Select Add Property at the bottom of the screen to add the selected Parcels to your database.

Pro tip: Check which parcel has the checkmark at the top.
  • The parcel with the checkmark will become the parent property, and the other selected parcels will be added to the property record as parcels.
