This guide will walk through Custom Fields in Valcre Mobile.
Prerequisites
- Any Valcre subscription
- Valcre Mobile downloaded and logged in
- Custom Fields categories added in Valcre Online
What are Custom Fields?
Custom Fields are additional fields you have added to your Valcre database that allow you to capture additional information about your jobs, properties, and comps that do not fit into the standard Valcre platform.
Enabling Custom Fields
Custom Fields are enabled in Valcre Online, and you must have manage custom fields permission
- Note: These permissions are managed by your Office Administrator.

Managing Custom Fields in Valcre Mobile
Once you have added Custom Field types in Valcre Online, you can add, edit, and delete information from those fields in both Valcre Online and Valcre Mobile.
Step 1: Open the Job, Property, or Comp you are adding or editing a custom field for and select View Property/Job/Comparable Details
Step 2: Select the Pencil icon in the bottom right corner.
Step 3: Scroll to the custom fields section and select the custom fields from which you wish to add or edit data.
Search Custom Fields in Valcre Mobile
Step 1: Open the applicable Job, Property, Comp, and select View Property/Job/Comparable Details.
Step 2: Select the General header to open all headings and access the field search.
Step 3: Select Search Fields
Step 4: Enter your search criteria.
