Valcre Mobile allows you to do more on the go. When you are on-site, Valcre Mobile’s Nearby | Map feature allows you to easily view and add similar parcels and properties nearby in multiple different viewing options

Map Viewing Options
Satellite Map - By default, the Satellite map will show a hybrid view of the area. You will see the selected points of interest layered on top.
- To toggle between street view and satellite viewing, select the layers button option on the right side of the map.
Customize the points of interest using Map Layers - Select Options in the top right to add additional layers to your map. Select your desired layer and select OK.

- Other properties
- Parcel outlines
- Points of interest
Searching for Single Parcels
Step 1: Log in to Valcre Mobile and access Nearby by selecting the three horizontal lines in the top right corner, then select Nearby.
Step 2: Select the magnifying glass to enter a location address.
| Pro Tip: If your map is not loading, you can reset it by turning your location settings off and back on again. |
Step 3 (Optional): Select Add Property at the bottom of the screen to add the parcel to your database.
Searching for Multiple Parcels
Step 1: Log in to Valcre Mobile and access Nearby by selecting the three horizontal lines in the top right corner, then select Nearby.
Step 2: Select the magnifying glass to enter a location address
If the property has multiple parcels, you will see the top 5 parcels. Please note that these parcels will be numbered to show the number of parcels associated with the property.
Step 3: Select the Select Multiple option at the bottom.
| Pro tip: You may deselect any parcels you do not want to include by selecting the X next to them on this screen or on the following screen. |
Step 4: Select View Details
Step 5: Select Add Property at the bottom of the screen to add the selected Parcels to your database.
