Step 1: Access the Competitive Set Trends sheet by selecting SEGMENTATION from the bottom menu. 

The Allocation for the Subject’s Segments and Competitive Set from the Room Night Builder sheet previously should line up with the data in this Segmentation Analysis table. This information will aid you in determining how the property will perform on a per-segment basis. 

This information is vital for setting up the Demand Projection Analysis in the following guide. 

Step 2: Provide your Segmentation for Subject and Survey’s Conclusion (if necessary)

In the top yellow field, you can insert text to summarize the analysis detailed in the table below.

Once you have completed all necessary information in the Segmentation sheet, you can move on to the Demand Projections sheet in the Hospitality Workbook.
