Hospitality: Using the Facilities Sheet in the Valuation Workbook

 

The Facilities sheet in the Hospitality Valuation Workbook is not a required sheet to fill out for a successful Hospitality report. However, it helps to bolster your communication with the reader. 

This guide will cover filling out the Facilities sheet in the Hospitality Valuation Workbook.

Pre-Req

  1. Subscription Tier: 
    • Enterprise: Included with the Subscription fee
    • Professional: Available as an Add-On
      • Please contact the Client Success Manager if you want to upgrade your subscription to access the Valcre Hospitality Workbook and Word Report template. 
  2. Downloaded Hospitality Template from Valcre Online.
  3. Set up the Hospitality Valuation Workbook in the Home Tab

How-to Guide

Step 1: Review Improvement Details 

By loading the job, this section will auto-populate, adding items such as hotel amenities, room amenities, and sizing of various other amenities. You can add additional information directly into the field if you would like. 

 

Step 2: Add Guestroom Configuration details

Select and type directly into the yellow shaded fields to add all Guestroom Configuration details. 

Step 3: Add Food and Beverage Facilities details

Select and type directly into the yellow shaded fields to add all Food and Beverage Facilities details. 

Step 4: Add Meeting & Banquet Facilities details

Select and type directly into the yellow shaded fields to add all Meeting & Banquet Facilities details. 

Step 5: Add General Amenities details

Select and type directly into the yellow shaded fields to add all General Amenities details. 

Step 6: Add Infrastructure details

Select and type directly into the yellow shaded fields to add all Infrastructure details. 

Step 7: Hide unused rows to polish the table

Highlight any rows you wish to hide and right-click on the row. Select Hide.

This Hotel Facilities table is named Subject_Facilities in your Word file and can be found using the Insert Link button in the Valcre ribbon.

 

Once you have completed all necessary information and hidden unused rows, you can move on to the Market Profile sheet for the Hospitality Workbook.
