This sheet is where the historical and forecasted trends associated with the Average Daily Rate and Occupancy Rate you have identified are aggregated and organized into tables with charts for visualization.

| Step 1: Access the Competitive Set Trends sheet by selecting SETTRENDS from the bottom menu. | |

This sheet contains the Average Daily Rate, Occupancy Rate, and RevPar tables for the Set Trends. These tables do not require any information to be input, as the data populating the tables comes from the previous sheets. In this sheet, you will find information on the Subject, the Primary Set, and the Submarket. The final column in each table (ADR Index, Occupancy Index, or RevPar Index) is automatically calculated. | |
| You will notice a column of data still needing information in the charts. This will likely be your Submarket column and will be completed once you finish the ProjSummary Sheet. Once this happens, the missing data will automatically populate. | |

Step 3: Add your Average Daily Rate Summary In the top yellow field, you can insert text to summarize the analysis detailed in the table below. | |

Step 5: Add your Occupancy Rate Summary In the top yellow field, you can insert text to summarize the analysis detailed in the table below. | |

Step 8: Add the tables to your Word report (if not already added) Once in your Report, place the cursor in the area where you wish to add these tables. Use the link names below the tables to insert them using the Insert Link feature in the Valcre Ribbon.

Once you have completed all necessary information in the Competitive Set Trends sheet, you can move on to the Segmentation sheet in the Hospitality Workbook.
