The Facilities sheet in the Hospitality Valuation Workbook is not a required sheet to fill out for a successful Hospitality report. However, it helps to bolster your communication with the reader of your report.
The Facilities sheet presents a structured summary of the subject property's guestroom configuration, food and beverage facilities, meeting spaces, and infrastructure, drawn from your Valcre Online data and formatted for your report.
This guide will cover filling out the Facilities sheet in the Hospitality Valuation Workbook.
