This sheet allows you to present Recent Hotel Openings, Hotels Under Construction, and Hotels in the Initial Planning and Final Planning stages. This sheet is optional and is not needed for setup. It is also important to note that this information can come from multiple sources (STR, Chamber of Commerce, Brokers, etc.)

| Step 1: Access the Development Overview with Projections sheet by selecting NEWDEV from the bottom menu. | |
| Step 2: Complete the Recent Hotel Openings/Conversions table |

| Step 3: Add an overall summary of your Recent Hotel Developments | |

Step 4: Repeat this process for the additional tables

Step 5: Review and complete the New Development by Submarket table Enter the Submarket names and the % Market value for each of your submarkets. |

Step 4: Add these tables to your Report. If these tables are not already in your Report, use the names below each table to insert them using the Insert Link feature in the Valcre Ribbon.

Once you have completed all the necessary information in the Development Overview sheet, you can move on to the Demand Driver Statistics sheet for the Hospitality Workbook.
