The Pipeline sheet tracks new hotel supply entering your subject's market with two tables: a detailed property-level projection and a conclusion table for a simpler supply estimate.
This sheet is optional and is not needed for setup.
Step 1: Enter the Property Names for the Pipeline Projection table.
This table partners with the Development Overview (NEWDEV) sheet. When completing the Property Name column, make sure to use one of the properties entered on the New Dev sheet. You can also simply link the cell to the sheet if desired.
Step 2: Enter the %Comp values for each property
Step 3: Review and complete the Pipeline Conclusion table
Enter Additional Supply for the current year and, if needed, for the forecasted years.
NOTE: The Pipeline Projection table covered above is not needed to complete the Pipeline Conclusion table, as the Conclusion table can be used as a standalone tool and sufficiently facilitates the pipeline estimate.
Step 4: Add these tables to your Report.
If these tables are not already in your Report, use the link names below each table to insert them using the Insert Link feature in the Valcre Ribbon.
