| Step 1: Access the Projection Summary sheet by selecting PROJSUMMARY from the bottom menu. | |||||||||

Step 2: Review the charts The estimates have been filtered in at the table below; the data here has been aggregated from all of the previous sheets.

Step 3: Complete Submarket Data
In the two yellow fields inside the Submarket table, enter a forecast estimate for Year 1 and Year 2. This and the estimates input on previous sheets will allow you to see how your conclusions impact growth going forward. |

| Step 4: Review how the property is performing in light of the primary set | |||||||||
| Step 5: Review the Subject ADR, Occupancy RevPAR, Revenue, and Growth Estimates | |||||||||
| Step 6: Review the overall factors for penetration | |||||||||
| Step 7: Complete the summary and call out anything that needs additional attention for the reader's understanding, such as explaining spikes or dips. | |||||||||
Once you have completed all the necessary information in the Projections Summary sheet, you can move on to the Key Performance Indicators sheet in the Hospitality Workbook.
