Our robust database allows you to track current assignments and access your extensive data sets - preserving all tasks, communications, reporting, and presentations within a single, easy-to-navigate system. Valcre Mobile
Our mobile app, Valcre Mobile, allows you to have your office in the palm of your hand. This tool is the perfect partner for Valcre Online! Valcre Mobile accesses your cloud database from anywhere to allow you to create, edit, and view job and property records, view nearby parcels, add photos and files, and more from your mobile device.

Valcre Office
The perfect addition to your Microsoft Office suite. Valcre Office includes our Valuation Workbook and our Report Template that is USPAP and CUSPAP compliant to enable you to generate engaging reports and presentations.

How do I upgrade my subscription tier?
- If you are ready for an upgrade or want to discuss whether an upgrade suits your firm and goals, please contact your Client Success Manager. If you are unsure who your dedicated Client Success Manager is, please contact support, and we will ensure the best person connects with you directly.

There are three ways to contact our support team
1. Live Chat: This is the fastest way to connect with our team, allowing you share files with ease and even join a screenshare call to troubleshoot together.
2. Email: Support@Valcre.com to send a support email. If you prefer email, we recommend including all applicable files and screenshots to ensure resolution is speedy and requires less back and forth with you.
3. Toll-free Call: 1-866-888-5882. Calls are answered upon support agent availability. If all agents are busy, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. If your issue requires any file sharing, we recommend reaching out to the team via Live Chat or Email .

Select the Support icon in the top right corner near your profile.
Accessing Chat in Valcre Mobile
Select the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the app, followed by Help & Feedback at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to Valcre’s Help Center. You can chat with a support agent by selecting the chat icon in the bottom right.
