The Valcre billing portal, powered by Chargebee, allows the authorized billing contact to:

 

Accessing the Billing Portal

All of Valcre’s billing is managed through Chargebee. There is no additional cost to use this service.

⚠️IMPORTANT: To access the billing portal, you must be the authorized billing contact. Currently, only one billing account has access.

  • If you are unable to log in or have any billing-related questions, please contact billing@valcre.com.

 

Steps to Log In

  1. Log into the Billing portal
  2. Enter your email address



  3. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email and submit it

Managing Account Information

View | Update Account Information

  1. Log into the Billing portal
  2. Select Account Information



  3. Choose the field to update (e.g., name, email, company, phone number)



  4. Apply updates and select Update

View / Update Billing Information

  1. Log into the Billing portal.
  2. Select Billing & Shipping Addresses



  3. Make necessary updates and select Update

Add / Update Payment Methods

  1. Log into the Billing portal
  2. Select Payment Methods



  3. Choose Credit Card or ACH



  4. Enter the required payment details



  5. Select Add (Credit Card) or Proceed to Review (ACH) to complete the update

Billing History & Payments

Review Billing History & Download Invoices

  1. Log into the Billing portal
  2. Select Billing History



  3. View and download past invoices as needed

Pay an Invoice

  1. Log into the Billing portal
  2. Select Billing History


  3. Choose the invoice you wish to pay



  4. Click Pay Now (top right corner)



  5. You can also choose to pay the entire account balance from this section of the portal.

Billing FAQs

Can I have multiple billing contacts?

A: The authorized billing contact is the only individual at your organization who will have regular access to the billing portal, however, we can add additional billing contacts for temporary access to allow them to pay an invoice or update a payment method.


Does Valcre apply late fees?

A: Late fees are assessed and applied at the discretion of Valcre.

 

Can I set up automatic billing?

A: You can choose to store your credit card on file for future or autopayments. 

 

Can I cancel or change my Valcre subscription through the billing portal?

A: No, all contract changes—including cancellations, adding/removing users, or subscription tier adjustments—are managed by your Client Success Manager. If you are unsure how to contact your Client Success Manager, our automated Support Agent, Valerie, can assist you. Learn more here.
