Site table
This table allows you to view and edit all data being brought into the workbook from Valcre Online and contains a few areas for manual entry, detailed below.
Step 1: Review and make relevant updates to all data brought in from Valcre Online. These will be indicated by green text.
Note: If you have entered any surplus, excess, or unusable land in Valcre Online, these fields will pull through as Yes, creating additional fields to access the data pulling through.
Pro Tip: When your Subject Property has multiple Parcels:
The APN Number is no longer accessible on the Site table
The Site Information table is viewable further down the sheet. It breaks down the information for each parcel regarding square feet and acres, generating the totals for you at the bottom.
Step 2: Select the appropriate response in all blue-shaded drop-down fields
Step 3: Enter relevant data for yellow fields not brought in from Valcre Online.
Step 4: Review the Site Overview
This section auto-populates text based on the information previously entered in Valcre Online.
If you wish to make edits, select F2 and then F9 to convert the field into output text, allowing you to type directly into the field.
Site Details
This information will be pulled through to your report as a chart.
Step 1: Hide any rows you don't wish to include in your report by right-selecting the row and selecting Hide.
As with any table, do not delete columns or rows; it will cause workbook errors to form and prevent their usage in the Report.
Street and Traffic
This table's information is pulled from Valcre Online; you can manually edit any information directly in the fields.
Site Description detail
Step 1: Use the drop-downs for each section to indicate if this applies to your report.
The pre-populated text is indicated by the selection, and if you indicated the Subject Property's country, it is Canada.
