Propertiesnow have a dedicated Photos tab with a purpose-built gallery experience.
Browse photos in a grid with adjustable thumbnail sizes, edit captions inline, and take quick actions (favorite, set as primary, download, delete) directly from each photo.
Multi-select enables bulk favoriting and deletion. Favorited photos are automatically promoted to the top of the grid.
Double-click any photo to open a larger view with left/right navigation and a panel showing capture date and time, direction facing, and a map showing where the photo was taken (for phones and cameras with location enabled).
Fixes and Stability Improvements
Corrected behavior during Get Property Data imports that displayed multiple radio options for County instead of a single data point.
Fixed an issue where the Jobs Fee field appeared editable to users without edit permissions. The field is now correctly displayed as read-only for those users.
Resolved a UI error in the Job Cards in the Dashboardthat displayed the Inspection Date multiple times.
Updated summary text format to more clearly distinguish overall from filtered market data. Title now includes selected State names alongside Market names when both filters are active.

Market Insights is available directly in Valcre Online via the new Market Insights tab in the left navigation menu.
Summary and Historical Views
Market Insights is organized into two tabs - Summary and Historical - each designed to give you a different lens on the same underlying market data.
The Summary tab provides a snapshot of the selected market across Market Averages, Key Indicators, and AI-generated Highlights - all updating dynamically as filters are adjusted.
When filters are applied, Summary expands into a side-by-side view comparing broad market averages against your filtered selection.
The Historical tab visualizes trends over time across seven charts and a data table, covering metrics such as Rent per Unit/SF, Vacancy Rate, Cap Rate, and Sales Volume - with tooltips and trendlines for both the market average and filtered selection.
Dynamic Metrics and Filtering
Filter by Market, Property Type, Year Built, Transaction Price, Cap Rate, Rent per Unit/SF, and more - results recalculate in real time as filters are adjusted.
Key metrics adjust to the selected property type, so units are always presented in the most relevant terms.
Data & Privacy
Market Insights is powered by aggregated and anonymized appraisal data sources from participating Valcre users - no individual records or identifying information are ever surfaced.

Introducing AI Comp Suggestions, a recommendation tool integrated directly into the Valcre Online Comp Sets workflow that surfaces the most relevant comparable properties from your database - automatically ranked, transparently scored, and ready to add directly to your Set.
Suggestions Ranked by Similarity
When building a Set, you're now presented with a ranked list of suggested comps pulled from your Valcre Online database.
Suggestions are ranked by a Similarity Score calculated from various attributes such as location, size, price, and transaction date relative to the subject property.
A tooltip on each score breaks down exactly how it was calculated for that individual comp, so you always know why a suggestion surfaced.
Human in the Loop & Data Privacy
No suggested comps are ever added to a Set automatically - every addition requires your explicit action. You can remove any AI-suggested comp from a Set at any time with a single click.
Suggestions are drawn exclusively from your own Valcre database - no data from other organizations or external sources is used, and your comps are never shared with or surfaced to other Valcre users.
Intelligent Weighting by Set Type
Attribute weights adjust automatically depending on the type of Set you're building, so the most relevant factors are always prioritized.
Filters That Adapt To Your Search
Filter suggestions to refine results further. AI Comp Suggestions recalculates Similarity Scores dynamically as filters are applied.
Filters adapt to the subject property type, surfacing only the options that are relevant to your assignment.
Seamless Workflow & Legacy View
AI Comp Suggestions layers into the existing Sets experience without changing how Sets are built or used. If you don't engage with suggestions, the rest of the workflow behaves exactly as it always has.
Comps added from suggestions are marked with the AI indicator (✦) so you can easily distinguish AI-suggested comps from those added manually.

Get Property Data
More options to access parcel data for your Valcre Properties. In addition to searching by Address, you can search by Parcel Numbers and refine your search results with a County attribute. Type a known parcel number and optional County value and hit Enter. Any available parcel data will be displayed.
Tip:Parcel number searches are particularly helpful for rural properties.
We’ve updated our parcel data search logic to provide more accurate results, particularly when there are multiple parcel matches returned.
Job and Comp search
Search Valcre Jobs with the new Parcel numbers filter criteria. Parcel numbers can also be displayed in the results grid.
Search for Comps (Sales, Leases and Surveys) with the new Land to Building ratio filter criteria. Land to Building ratio can also be displayed in the results grid.
Valcre Downloads
There's expanded information about Valcre Downloads available in your account. View the Version and Upload Date of each file under the Templates and Reports section. This information will help you select the most current Valcre file for your job.

This update to Valcre Online includes a fix for the Get Property Data service returning multiple parcels for the same latitude and longitude and a fix in displaying lot activity in audit logs.
Multiple parcels with same latitude and longitude fix:
The issue with our Get Property Data service returning multiple parcels for the same latitude and longitude has been resolved. For properties containing a large number of parcels, the top 5 parcels will appear based on the following attributes: unit number, street name, building sq. ft. allowing the user to choose the correct parent or child parcel.
Audit logs displaying correct activity:
When subdivision feature is enabled, the user will see correct activity for Lots in the audit log.
Version 1.8.3 of the Online App includes several CUSPAP updates to support the term “Authorized”, addition of import and export notifications, and fixed issues with downloading office data.
CUSPAP updates: CA users will see minor updates in the Job Object of the Online App to support 2024 CUSPAP.
“Client” field label has been renamed to “Authorized Client"
“Intended Use” field label has been renamed to “Authorized Use"
“Analysis Level” field features updated dropdown values to reflect the new CAUSPAP Report types of Comprehensive, Concise and Form.
Import/export notifications: The app now makes it easier to import and export large numbers of records (over 100).
