Hospitality: Using the Key Performance Indicator Sheet

The sheet includes a KPI table that the user can configure to include Supply, Demand, Occupancy, ADR, and RevPar indicators. This sheet is optional and is not needed for setup.

How-to Guide

Step 1: In the first section, enter Supply Performance Indicators for the forecasted years from Market Participants and any additional sources.

Step 2: Enter a summary or conclusion for the Supply table

Step 3: Repeat these steps for the additional sections in this table

  • Demand, Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR

 

 

Step 4: Add this table to your Report. 

If this table is not already in your Report, use the link name below the table to insert it using the Insert Link feature in the Valcre Ribbon.

  • HMA_KPI

 

Once you have completed all the necessary information in the Key Performance Indicator sheet, you can move on to the Cost Comparable Supplement sheet in the Hospitality Workbook.
