Valuation Workbook: Using the REGIONAL - Regional Unemployment Data sheet (01:32)

This sheet allows you to pull in Regional Unemployment data from your specific area.

  • Valcre Subscription: Professional or Enterprise
  • Current Valcre Valuation Workbook downloaded and set up

Written Guide

The State and county fields auto-populate from Valcre Online, no need for double data entry
Step 1: Select Region

 

Step 2: Select Get Area Dropdown and select applicable area

 

Step 3: Select Get Data to generate the Unemployment Rate Charts and the table for State and Regional employment.

 

Step 4: Adjust high or low manually- select enter to apply changes

 

Pro tip: Run a new search by selecting Clear Data

 

All charts generated here will pull through to the regional area analysis section of your report

Step 5: (Optional) Complete the State and Regional Employment Summary Comment box (Workbook version 1.7.1+)

Use the Narrative Writer function(Must have: Valcre AI add-in, workbook version 1.7.1+ and add-in add-in 2.1.1+) to create your preferred narrative style. Make any changes by typing directly into the narrative box before selecting Use Narrative.

  • The content created by the Narrative Writer does not pull into the reports at this time. To add the content controls please follow the directions in the helper file.
