Step 1: Export Local Area data from CoStar Not sure how to do that? See our guide here. | |||

Step 2: Set up tables and charts

Step 3: Import the CoStar file Select IMPORT LOCAL AREA and select your exported CoStar file.

|
Step 4: Generate Maps Select GET MAPS to automatically pull maps into your workbook based on your settings from Step 2. |

|
Step 5: Add an optional North Arrow to make your map(s) easier to interpret. (This feature is only available in workbook version 1.6.2.0 or higher.)

All tables and charts created in this sheet will pull into the Local Area Analysis section of your report as they appear in this sheet. | |||
