PPA Module: Conclusions and Summary

This sheet will contain the Summary and Conclusion tables for your Purchase Price Allocation appraisal. The total fair value allocation for the Subject Property is summarized in the tables on this worksheet. These tables will populate using the information from your initial setup, as well as the data used throughout the PPA module worksheets. 

This feature is currently in BETA TESTING and not yet available for all Valcre clients. We will share when it will be available for add-on purchase soon. If you are interested in being a part of our beta program, please contact your Client Success Manager. 

Prerequisites

  • Subscription: Professional + Enterprise
    • PPA Add-on purchased and implemented
  • Version Requirement:
    • Workbook: 1.6.3.1 or higher
    • Add-in: 2.0.12.0 or higher 
  • Completed workbook
    • Recommended: Argus Package import (Commercial)

Step 1: Review the Summary of Salient Facts and Conclusions table

  • This table will populate with your subject property information, as well as the Market Leasing Assumption (MLA) information from the PPA_EXEC sheet
  • Update the Lease Type column if necessary

Step 2: Review allocation values in the Purchase Price Allocation Summary table

  • These fields will populate from the Tenant Detail tables in the following PPA_TENDET sheet
