Tenant improvement (TI) allowances for new leases are a negotiable item and range from as-is to turn-key. The value of the TI’s can be estimated by calculating the estimated TI costs for the existing tenants. This sheet contains the Tenant Improvement Calculation table, which will populate using the TI values from the PPA_EXEC sheet.
