The value of the legal fees is estimated by calculating the estimated legal fees the owner would have paid had they originated the leases in place on the acquisition date. The estimated allowance is then reduced based upon the life-cycle (Remaining Lease Term versus Total Lease Term) of the leases. The allowance used is presented on the Legal Fee Calculation table found on this worksheet. This table will populate using the data from the previous worksheets, as well as the Legal Fees entered on the PPA_EXEC sheet.
