The value of the leasing commissions (LC’s) can be estimated by calculating the estimated LC that the owner would have paid had they originated the leases in place on the acquisition date. The estimated allowance is then reduced based on the life-cycle of the leases. This sheet contains the Lease Commission Calculation table, which will populate using the data from the previous worksheets.
