This sheet will contain the In-Place Lease Calculation table, which will be populate the In-Place Lease Values used in the PPA valuation. This will populate using your Unit Mix/Rent Roll data and MLA data, which can be reviewed on the PPA_EXEC sheet.
This feature is currently in BETA TESTING and not yet available for all Valcre clients. We will share when it will be available for add-on purchase soon. If you are interested in being a part of our beta program, please contact your Client Success Manager.

| Step 1: Access the In-Place Lease Calculation sheet by selecting PPA_LeaseCalc from the bottom navigation. | |

Step 2: Review the In-Place Lease Calculation table. This table is populated using your Unit Mix/Rent Roll and MLA data from the PPA_EXEC sheet.
