The Tenant Detail sheet includes your Tenant Detail Summary - Unscaled and Scaled tables that will be presented in the Executive Summary of your PPA valuation. These tables will populate using data from your Rent Roll or Unit Mix. The data in these tables will then be used in the following sheets of the PPA module.
This feature is currently in BETA TESTING and not yet available for all Valcre clients. We will share when it will be available for add-on purchase soon. If you are interested in being a part of our beta program, please contact your Client Success Manager.

Step 2: Complete the Tenant Relationships column in the first Tenant Detail Summary Unscaled table
